The brochure sets the rates but not the fit-out schedule, so we are not going to guess at it here. Ask the desk for the current inclusions sheet — fascia, power load, furniture and rigging rules all live on it.

Hall 1C is drawn to the surveyed grid. Click the stalls you want — up to 20 in one request — and the plan totals the area as you go.

Send the request
Company, contact, email and phone. Your stalls go on hold immediately and stop showing as available to anyone else.
- 3
The desk confirms and invoices
The exhibition team checks the request, confirms the hold as a booking and issues the invoice with payment instructions.
Payment
Payable to 75th IPC a/c IPGA.
Cheque, Demand Draft, RTGS, NEFT — payable at New Delhi. Bank account details are issued with your invoice, or on request from the contact page.
